Sireli offers a Wellness Program which includes weekly weigh ins, check ins, dosing adjustments as needed, and injections of either Semaglutide or Tirzepatide as well as an optional Super Lipotropic B vitamin add on (all of the B vitamins plus three important amino acids which help the body metabolize fat and move it out of the liver). You will be seen by one of our medical staff (a Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, or Nurse) for your initial assessment and treatment. The medication dosing must be monitored and adjusted by a clinician with prescriptive privileges such as a PA, NP, or Physician.
Semaglutide is an approved weight loss medication. This once-weekly injectable medication works by mimicking a hormone called glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) that targets areas of the brain that regulate appetite and food intake. This combination results in reduced hunger and increased energy levels, leading to weight loss. It is also thought to increase the rate at which food is metabolized and eliminated from the body.
Tirzepatide is an approved weight loss medication that acts on not only the GLP-1 hormones but also on GIP (gastic inhibitory polyupeptide) hormones. This is a once-weekly injectable medication that, when used in conjunction with consistent healthy diet and exercise, helps more significantly with weight loss for some people. Tirzepatide has also been found to help decrease visceral fat stores.
Tirzepatide and Semaglutide are both medications currently being used for the treatment of type 2 diabetes and obesity. While they belong to the same class of drugs called glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonists and share some similarities, some differences between tirzepatide and semaglutide include:

Sireli Medical Aesthetics only uses FDA registered pharmacies. It is important to know that not all Semaglutide injections are created equally. Some pharmacies are using salt forms of Semaglutide, often found online, which have not been shown to be safe and can contribute to high blood pressure and other medical issues.
